BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All rates & availability is subject to change till the booking amount is not received. Services will be confirmed within 24 hours after receiving the booking amount from the client.
- Initial Deposit50% of the total amount will enable us to block the rooms & confirm your
reservation with us on the requested dates. As a limited inventory property, we recommend
that you confirm your reservation at the earliest to guarantee yourself a fabulous stay& tour.

- All services will be confirmed within 24 hours after receiving the booking amount from the
client
- 100% payment to be made at least 10 days before departure.
- Confirmation voucher will be issued with in 7 days before traveling date
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- More than 45 Days - 50 % of total holiday cost, 44-29 Days - 65% of total holiday cost,28-14 Days
- 75 % of total holiday cost
- 13-8 Days - 90% of total holiday cost,7 days or less - 100% of total holiday cost
- In Peaks seasons, some hotels may charge 100% cancellation.
- For group confirmations 100 % cancelation charges will be applicable within 14 days & 75 %
charges in 21 days.
- Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & will
transfer electronically to your bank account.
